We work with over 30 top suppliers. Many of them manufacture and decorate in the US. We suggest you search for a product you like, and then Add “To Quote” and put special instructions that you are looking for a product like this that is made in the USA. If the product is not manufactured and decorated in the USA, we will send you options like what you have chosen that are indeed made in the USA.

We decided not to separate out Made in the USA items because we do not want to limit your options when shopping to only items made in the USA. Many times, once you find what you want, we can source products very similar to what you have chosen.

Rush service is available on certain items and will carry an additional cost per item. 24-hour turnaround for 1 color and 48-hour turnaround for 2 color runs are available. Other restrictions do apply on all rush orders. In the case of a rush orders, having your artwork in the proper format and ready to imprint is critical. Artwork must be formatted and sized appropriately with text outlined as you will not receive a proof.

Please contact us ahead of placing your order if you have a hard deadline to meet. We want to be able to commit to meeting your deadline before you place your order.

Our eCommerce site features only products from suppliers who we have long-standing relationships with. These partnerships allow us the ability to reach out to them to work with us on pricing in scenarios where our site may be showing higher prices than other competing sites. If you come across a lower priced item on another site, please let us know, and we will first make sure you are comparing apples to apples, and of course reach out to our suppliers about getting us better pricing for you

Yes, we do ship to Canada. We ship by either UPS or FedEx. Since we can't predict duties and taxes which will be assessed to your order, you will be responsible for paying those prior to delivery. All pricing on our website is shown in USD.

You can provide your artwork file in a few different ways. The easiest way is to upload your artwork file when placing your order online. However, if you don't have the artwork when you order, you can attach your artwork to your order acknowledgment email if you didn't upload it during the order process. We will follow up with an artwork proof which you MUST approve prior to production.

Customize your product or leave it blank. To customize, you can upload/email your own artwork, or request a design.

Choose Add “To Cart”, “To List” or “To Quote”. To Add “To Cart” or “To List” you will need to create a new account or login to your existing account to proceed.

The time depends on the type of artwork you send. Sending vector art files speeds up the process. Vector art files include files ending in .eps, .ai, .pdf, and .svg. Other file formats such as .jpgs, .png, .tif, and .gif files are not production ready, and will need to be altered for an additional charge and will delay how quickly we can get you a proof.

We respond to inquiries Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m Central Standard Time. We do hold offices in other time zones, so at times you will receive communication from us before and after our regular hours. Contact us and we will get back to you as soon as we can, even if outside our regular hours. We are closed on all major USA holidays.

If you don’t have print-ready artwork, our professional art team will work with you to create exactly that you need. Simply contact us with your requirements and we will make it ready for you. We don’t charge anything for our FREE artwork and e-proofs.

Production time varies for each product. The average production time is 5-7 business days for non-apparel items after you approve your proof. Apparel items normally run closer to 14 days. The production time does not begin until after we have your proof approval and payment for your order. In addition to the production time, shipping needs to be factored into overall production time. Products come from all over the US. Please allow approximately 4 days of transit time after a product ships. Expedited shipping is available, but it tends to be very costly since many promotional products are ordered in bulk and weigh much more than a standard envelope or package. We advise against expedited shipping methods and encourage you to plan accordingly when shopping for custom products.

If you need a Rush Order, we are happy to accommodate if the production schedule allows. Be sure to contact us before placing your rush order with your item(s) including the quantity and imprint colors along with your deadline date.

The best artwork file formats are vector files such as an .eps, .ai, vector .pdf, or an .svg. These should be natively created in a vector output program such as Adobe Illustrator. If your product will be printed in full-color, you can submit a high-resolution .jpg, .tif, or .psd (PhotoShop) file.
